EkoSetiawangsa

EkoSetiawangsa (ekosetiawangsa.my) was an initiative began by the Setiawangsa Parliament office led by YB Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES). Towards boosting eco-friendly activities within the region and empowering sustainable actions, a website was needed to publish latest efforts taken by the organization.

NADMA

As a government agency, NADMA’s IT support is handled by internal staffs. TEKIE MY was appointed to handle deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting devices deployed for particular internal projects and assignment.

ATAREK Group

ATAREK Group historically had its IT provided by internal support staff. After a strategic review between directors it was understood that internal staff had little direction on the growth of the business. To reduce overhead and streamline operation, TEKIE MY was appointed as a single provider, who would provide a single point of contact for all IT requests and the ongoing management of the IT department.

Arcc Spaces

Arccspaces has been operating for over 15 years and has changed locations, contractors, and staffs many time. Most of the cabling in the premise has been spliced which has caused major network malfunction. Previous contractors also have mixed up the VLAN configuration which was a severe security flaw. After consulting with the management, an immediate major revamp was found not possible considering the tenants that has already been connected to the network.
