The Situation

ATAREK Group historically had its IT provided by internal support staff. After a strategic review between directors it was understood that internal staff had little direction on the growth of the business. To reduce overhead and streamline operation, TEKIE MY was appointed as a single provider, who would provide a single point of contact for all IT requests and the ongoing management of the IT department.

Our Solution

TEKIE’s experience in handling global clients provided direction to the business IT department aligned to business goals. We performed extensive IT audit to identify failure points and available resources. We then provided a proposal to the stakeholders on timeline and milestones. We worked on resolving legacy issues including redesigning network topology, tagging assets, standardizing OS image and software, and enforcing internal policy to employees. ATAREK Group is continuously growing towards servicing international clients and working remotely.
