NADMA
In Malaysia, the management of disaster risks are regulated by Directive No. 20, under the auspices of the National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma). Nadma was formed as a focal point agency dedicated to managing disasters.
The Situation
As a government agency, NADMA’s IT support is handled by internal staffs. TEKIE MY was appointed to handle deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting devices deployed for particular internal projects and assignment.
The Solution
Understanding the bureaucracy within the government, TEKIE MY was able to deploy above 200 devices smoothly without interrupting daily operation. This included procurement and deployment of desktop PCs, laptops, and printers. We also performed reimaging to standard image and deploying managed endpoint protection to all devices and monitor any infection on a single dashboard. This projects involves two sites in WP Putrajaya and Pulau Meranti.
